Tucked into the vibrant urban fabric of San Jose, The Verdant Apartments represents a forward-thinking approach to high-density residential architecture. Spanning three four-story Type VA buildings, this project houses 470 rental units above two levels of Type I structure, creating a dynamic and well-scaled community. The design, awarded LEED Gold Certification, thoughtfully integrates sustainable practices and a contemporary aesthetic. Oversized windows and high ceilings fill each residence with natural light, while a facade of metal panels, brick veneer, and “wood-look” cement fiberboard creates a sleek and modern exterior.
