Morena Apartments “Seaton Apartments”

Seaton Apartments, developed by Fairfield, is a contemporary 150-unit urban infill development centrally located in San Diego.

The community is comprised of nine residential buildings and a free-standing Community / Leasing Center.  The residents enjoy carefully crafted amenities including a well-appointed fitness facility, a tranquil swimming pool and spa, community and game rooms, and thoughtfully proportioned outdoor communal areas.

The architecture of Seaton is characterized by a contemporary aesthetic with undertones of regional southwestern vocabulary intended to be in harmony with the diverse environment in which it resides.  The massing of the project was designed to comply with a 30’ coastal height limit that results in a welcoming neighborhood dispersed with intimate spaces that promote congregation.

The site plan at Seaton Apartments prioritizes a balance between private residential spaces and shared community areas. The buildings are arranged to provide efficiency as well as open view corridors that allow light and air to perforate the development.
