Harbor View Live-Work

Harbor View’s Live-Work units are a forward-thinking component of the larger Camden Harbor View development in Long Beach, California, an urban centerpiece that redefines the city’s residential landscape. The design focuses on merging professional and personal life, offering a unique and efficient living solution in a vibrant, downtown setting.

These two-story, loft-style residences are crafted to maximize both form and function. The downstairs is an expansive, dedicated “work” space with a separate restroom and a storefront entry, ideal for client interactions. Up a private staircase, the “live” space is a loft with a full bathroom and bedroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows and open floorplans flood the units with natural light, creating a bright and modern atmosphere.
