This is a rehab project that included remodeling and expansion of the existing Clubhouse and Leasing Office, and remodeling of the interior of some of the units. The expansion of the Clubhouse and the Leasing Office impacted the three story structure encompassing this space, as the necessity for enclosing an existing courtyard on the first level over the garage became evident. Certain additional design elements were employed to denote the function of the space and identify it as the Clubhouse.
